Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Settlements of an orchard, 1815 to 1835
On December 6, 1815, Marziyah Khanum, daughter of Musa and wife of Karbalayi Sadiq, sold an orchard located in Shaykh Abad farm to Karbalayi Isma‘il, son of Karbalayi Qasim, and ‘Ali ‘Askar, son of Muhammad Nasir from Mubarakah, in exchange for twenty tumans. Then, Aqa Kazim, Aqa Qasim, Aqa ‘Ali, and Aqa Baqir, sons of Karbalayi Sadiq, transferred two bath buildings located in the same orchard, to the mentioned buyers for two tumans.
